Welcome to Swift 30, a word-guessing party game produced by Afroprint. By accessing or playing this game — whether in its physical, digital web application form, or any other format — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before playing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By launching, accessing, or using the Swift 30 digital game application (the "App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including players, team members, and any person who accesses the App on a device.

2. About Swift 30

Swift 30 is a fast-paced party word-guessing game designed for 2 or more players. The App is a companion digital tool that facilitates gameplay including dice rolling, player management, word card display, and score tracking.

3. Permitted Use

The Swift 30 App is intended for personal, non-commercial recreational use only. You may:

• Use the App to play Swift 30 with friends, family, or at private events.
• Access the App on any personal device with a compatible web browser.
• Share the App link with players participating in the same game session.

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent from Afroprint.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to access backend systems, alter game data, or tamper with scoring mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Swift 30 App — including but not limited to the game name, logo, word lists, board design, gameplay mechanics, and written rules — is the intellectual property of Afroprint and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised reproduction or use of any Afroprint intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

Players are expected to participate in Swift 30 in good faith and in accordance with the official game rules as published by Afroprint. The rules prohibit:

• Saying the word or any part of it when describing a card.
• Using letters of the alphabet as hints.
• Using sounds, rhyming, or singing to describe a word.
• Showing the screen to other players during a guessing round.

Afroprint reserves the right to update the official rules at any time. The most current version is always displayed within the App.

6. Data, Analytics & Privacy

The Swift 30 App uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data about how players interact with the App. This helps Afroprint improve the game experience over time. Google Analytics may collect information such as:

• Pages visited and buttons clicked within the App.
• Session duration and general usage patterns.
• Device type, browser type, and approximate geographic region (country or city level).
• Referral source (how you arrived at the App).

This data is collected in an anonymised, aggregated form and cannot be used to personally identify you. No names, email addresses, or other personal information are collected through Google Analytics.

By using the App, you consent to the use of Google Analytics. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Additionally, the App stores minimal session data locally on your device (via cookies and browser localStorage) solely to enable game-state recovery if the page is accidentally refreshed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on all data practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Afroprint does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices and browsers.

Afroprint shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Afroprint and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Swift 30 App, even if Afroprint has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Age Suitability

Swift 30 is designed for players aged 12 and above. Players under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before using the App. The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

10. Modifications to These Terms

Afroprint reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
